Creative Metals PP-1 and PP-4 Pipe Penetration Assemblies are designed to allow refrigerant and plumbing piping to safely penetrate the roofing membrane of a building with out creating a potential leak point. The Pipe Penetration Assembly consists of a 12” x 12” o.d. roof curb base that is compatible with the roof design, a plastic curb cap, a stepped silicone rubber boot and stainless steel camps.

The Model PP-1 is a silicone rubber boot with a single 5 stepped cone that can accommodate a single pipe with a diameter ranging from a minimum of 2.35” up to a maximum of 6.65”.

The Model PP-4 is a silicone rubber boot with 4 individual 3 stepped cones that can accommodate 2 pipes having a minimum diameter of .65” and a maximum of 1.375” and / or 2 pipes with a minimum diameter of 1.3” and a maximum of 2.4”

The ABS plastic curb cap is sized to fit a 12” x 12” o.d. roof curb base and has a raised round collar with a formed rib that mates with the silicone rubber boots forming a secure watertight bond.

Multiple pipe penetration assemblies are possible by extending the length of the roof curb base and adding a divider section between each assembly. These multiple pipe penetrations are identified by adding the Roman numeral II, III, IV, V etcetera at the end of the PP-1 or PP-4 model designation.
