Creative Metals extruded aluminum penthouses offers the Architect and Mechanical Engineer an attractive fully functional alternative to unsightly roof mounted hoods or shop fabricated goosenecks. This is especially important when these items can be viewed from the ground or taller adjacent buildings.

These low silhouette architecturally appealing housings are ideally suited as fresh air intakes, exhaust vents, pressure relief vents or as attractive enclosures for unsightly rooftop mounted equipment.

The PEA Series standard construction features mill finish extruded 6063-T5 aluminum alloy (.081) blades in either 4” or 6” widths. 1” x 1” x 1/8” extruded mill finish aluminum angles are used to form the interior structural braces and the removable roof is formed from 16 gauge (.052) mill finish aluminum sheets that are cross broke and reinforced as required for strength and to prevent water ponding. A standard 19 gauge ½” square mesh woven galvanized wire bird screen is attached to the inside back of each penthouse section.

The Model PEAM-4 is a 4” deep-mitered corner penthouse utilizing the standard 45-degree blades placed on 4-3/8” nominal centers.

The Model PEAB-4 is a 4” deep-box corner penthouse utilizing the standard 45-degree blades placed on 4-3/8” nominal centers.

The Model PEAM-4-D is a 4” deep-mitered corner penthouse utilizing the drainable 45-degree blades placed on 5” nominal centers.

The Model PEAB-4-D is a 4” deep-box corner penthouse utilizing the drainable 45-degree blades placed on 5” nominal centers.

The Model PEAM-6 is a 6” deep-mitered corner penthouse utilizing the standard 45-degree blades placed on 6-5/16” nominal centers.

The Model PEAB-6 is a 6” deep-box corner penthouse utilizing the standard 45-degree blades placed on 6-5/16” nominal centers.

The Model PEAM-6-D is a 6” deep-mitered corner penthouse utilizing the drainable 38-degree blades placed on 5-1/4” nominal centers.

The Model PEAB-6-D is a 6” deep-box corner penthouse utilizing the drainable 38-degree blades placed on 5-1/4” nominal centers.

All penthouses are available with optional factory applied anti-condensate undercoating or 1” thick fiberglass insulated roofs to reduce condensation. A wide selection of bird and insect screen options are also available.
