Note to users of Windows XP SP2: If you use Internet Explorer to browse our catalog, you may have trouble opening the pdf files in IE. By default, in SP2 IE will refuse to open ActiveX controls, including Adobe's Acrobat Reader plugin. There are two workarounds:

Right-click on the files to download them, and open them locally.
Use Mozilla Firefox instead of IE.
